In early 2026, we completed our corporate simplification, converting all existing limited partnership units and exchangeable shares on a one-for-one basis into shares of our new publicly traded Canadian corporation, Brookfield Business Corporation.

Our business services operations include our Canadian residential mortgage insurer and our market leading dealer management software and technology provider.
Infrastructure Services
Our Infrastructure Services segment comprises essential service operations that support critical infrastructure and operational needs across industries. These operations benefit from durable competitive positions, often underpinned by long-term contracts or mission-critical functions. Leveraging scale and operational excellence, we provide dependable services - including our global leading lottery technology services operation and our modular building leasing operation - that are integral to customer operations.
Industrials
Our Industrials segment provides vital products and services which underpin demand across cycles. These operations benefit from established customer relationships, durable demand and barriers to entry driven by scale and capabilities. This segment includes operations such as our global market-leading provider of advanced battery technology, our engineered components supplier for trailers and towable equipment and our market leading provider of electric heat management solutions.
